My First Blog - Building Strength

My First Blog - Building Strength

Are you looking to build strength and look better without devoting every second of your life to the gym and meal prep?

Great! This blog was meant for you.

So who am I? I'm Chris Parker, just your average high school dropout with dreams of owning multiple business'. I have been training for over 4 years now and I live a normal life outside of the gym. I go around 4 to 5 times a week. Most of my workouts are between 1 and 2.5 hours (roughly 8 hours a week). The workouts are not easy, but they are fun. It's mostly built around strength, but there are some aesthetic movements added in. Why? Because the strength movements add mass and make you look like a bad ass when combined with a little bit of bodybuilding based training.

What can you expect from following this blog? Absolutely nothing if you are not willing to follow my advice to the T and put forth every bit of effort that is humanly possible. It is hard, but will be life changing if you are willing to put forth effort.

How will it change my life? For one, girls love a guy who lifts and most will tell you a six pack is over rated, but it's not just about the girls. You will get jobs easier, people will want to speak to you more, and you won't need help moving... Ok. I might have over exaggerated the last part a little, but damn my life has been easier since I've gotten bigger and stronger. Your energy level will also increase, along with your sex drive. I might do a blog post on this one day, because there are so many benefits to lifting.

What kind of Diet should you be on? I don't like calling my food intake a diet because the word diet usually refers to someone on a weight loss regimen with no concern for building or maintaining muscle, however, keep in mind 'muscle burns fat'. The goal of your diet should be to build muscle, but we will discuss this further in another post.

This blog will not be full of fillers and other bullshit. The posts will be short and straight to the point. There will be cussing and rude jokes from time to time. If this bothers you, you will always be a little bitch and I cannot help you. I know my grammar sucks, but I am big and strong, so who cares!

If you are still reading after the last paragraph, Welcome to the beginning of a better life!
